Yearly Backtest

The accuracy of the dispatch model is validated through back-testing, where the dispatch model is run on historical prices, and the revenues calculated by the optimization model are compared to the actual revenues from real assets during the same period. This comparison indicates how well the model's optimization constraints reflect actual market conditions.

Benchmark numbers include assets in the top half of the leaderboard for the given timeperiod.

The dispatch model slightly outperforms the benchmark fleet in both duration cases, replicating a high-performing asset with a similar revenue stack.
